This book is not for the "hard sell" sales person who is only interested in the one-time sale. As I was approaching the subject matter with some fairly extensive previous knowledge, I worked through the in-chapter "projects" as I read, but only reviewed the end-of-chapter exercises.
The book is organized into 3 main sections:
- Level 1 (Chapters 1 - 10), described by the author in the preface as "meant to give you a wide breadth of knowledge on many topics, a sort of "mile wide" approach. She has a clear, beautiful voice and a wonderful way of "re-arranging" some old favorites!
"Mary's Song" had just been sung in church, when we played the The Christmas Collection at home. Thus, a proper commentary will treat this issue carefully and thoughtfully, as this volume certainly does.
The structure of this Commentary Series is delightful to use: Translation from the Original language, followed by Textual Notes which address the formal issues as the textua
