A real treat.. The pictures and the ingredients ooze austerity and effort.
And I do like the binding in itself, and additionally would find it very useful were I to follow any of the recipes, as it allows the book to stay open and flat at any page of choice.. Very well done and informative. It includes some saints who are little known, such as St. The sections are broken up beautifully into different regions of the world.. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more abou the topic of schizophrenia and it would be an especially good read for anyone that is close or related to a schizophrenic.. If spirits were organized by origin, it wouldn't be, which is an organizational issue for me.
