I love this cookbook! I've made over a dozen recipes from it so far and every one has been a hit! I'm typically cooking for 1-2, and having a book full of recipes that I don't have to commit to for a week has been great. My husband who travels a good deal, uses tennis balls on his back pressure points while driving or flying to relieve back pain. In fact this book is a prime reference for the TAPPI book. I need more birthday presents like that!. The class I was taking was a great class, so I am sure that helped, but I found this perspective on the issue was interesting.. This is not written for public school kids. Haven't read it yet but want to say I think the front and back cover as well as the spine artwork is the best ever! My daughter Kate, who is the graphic designer at PEZ in Orange, CT, did them.
