Great book for people transitioning into management and wanting to grow as leaders with in their organization.. I checked this book out of the library. It is sometimes very hard to remove the bugs, if sufficient examples are not available. Kate, you rock!. You will get history comedy and fabulous love story. Berg has the ability of making the reader feel right at home. Although it's a little wordy for the age group we are using it for, the pictures will promote a great deal of discussion.. Another virtue of this book is the demolition of the silly story, popular among some biographers, claiming that Tchaikovsky commited suicide
