There is an appendix for "Spirits and their Specialties," which is useful, but I would really have appreciated an Appendix that included the spirits listed by origin or pantheon. Some interesting sidelights:Model the crab problem as an M\M\k\1. In addition to being a great reference book, you will also find history and reasons for choices made in the standard. It chronicled a pre-revolution trip by "Che" during his youth. The authors generally organize their points logically and provide evidence to support them that I found compelling. The language is non-technical. After reading this book, I was amazed that any band whose members aren't independently wealthy can make it at all. My hope is that the telling of these stories will not only inspire us, but move us all to care and to take action.. The book speaks almost from two voices. Very well done and informative.
